Job Description
The EQ Hotel Management Pty Ltd invites applications for a Senior Sous Chef – Restaurant & Bar, Pre-Opening, at 1 Spring Sky Lounge, Perth. You will lead cuisine operations, mentor the brigade, and contribute to the launch of a premier dining destination in Western Australia.

You will ensure top-quality food, cost controls, and compliance with HACCP and WHS while collaborating with front-of-house for a seamless guest experience. Pre-opening responsibilities and leadership are key.
