CAE is seeking an IOS Operator for Homebush, NSW, onsite to support training serials by controlling the simulator IOS station and participating in role-play activities to enhance trainee immersion.

The role includes preparing for each sortie, supporting delivery of training, and contributing to debriefs, with opportunities to work on complex C-130J scenarios and to liaise with CAE instructors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
