New Graduate Speech Pathologist | Clinic Based | 4 DAY WORK WEEK

Our client is a well-established paediatric speech clinic that has supported local families for 15+ years. The team is speech-only and known for being friendly, down-to-earth and genuinely supportive of one another. They are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist with a passion for coaching families and supporting children. You'll deliver evidence-informed assessments and therapy across speech, language and literacy, with a particular emphasis on school readiness.

New Graduate Support:

Weekly 1:1 supervision
n
Weekly 90-minute case study / clinical learning blocks
n
Team case management and buddy sessions
n
Structured weekly education sessions
n
n
On offer:

Salary guide ranging from $80,000 - $85,000 + Super
n
Weekly 1:1 supervision and structured case management support
n




12 month structured New Graduate Experience
n
Full admin support (bookings and day-to-day admin managed for you)
n
PD allowance: $1,000 + 15 hours study leave
n
Team events and an easy-going, supportive clinic culture
n
4 day work week (Tuesday - Friday)

Close knit supportive team of experienced Speech Pathologists and AHAs
n
Strong referral networks
n

Key Requirements:

Speech Pathology degree
n
SPA registration
n
Full Australian working rights
n

Additional information

Structured Recent Graduate program with weekly 1:1 supervision and support

Clinic based role with option of community visits (schools and kinders)

Paediatric caseload (primarily aged 3-12)
