We're partnering with a global Australian manufacturer to find a motivated, enthusiastic individual who is seeking a transition into the FP&A; realm.

Based in their Brisbane head office, you'll step into a large, complex manufacturing structure. With entry level FP&A; roles rare, this is a chance to get FP&A; experience inside a genuinely large-scale, multi-division business, not a generic corporate head office role.

About the Role
n
You'll join an established FP&A; function supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the business. It's a hands-on, high-exposure role for someone early in their finance career who wants to learn from experienced analysts while working on real, operationally complex numbers.

A day in the life:
n
n
Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
n
Assisting with month-end close and consolidations
n
Building variance analysis with commentary for business leaders




n
Maintaining recurring reports and KPI trackers
n
Helping prepare materials for leadership and management reporting
n
Partnering with stakeholders across divisions to gather inputs and respond to requests
n
Running ad hoc analysis (cost trends, headcount planning)
n
Contributing ideas to improve reporting processes as the business scales
n
Get involved in AI initiatives across the function
n
n
About you:
n
n
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
n
0–2 years' experience in finance, management accounting, or an analytical role
n
Solid Excel skills (pivots, lookups, basic modeling)
n
Sharp attention to detail and comfort with recurring deadlines
n
Good communicator, confident working with non-finance stakeholders
n
Genuine interest in building a long term career in a global business
n
n
Nice to Have:
n
n
SAP or similar ERP exposure
n
Basic SQL or BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau)
n
