Job Description
Team Global Express is seeking an experienced National Operations Services Manager to lead the performance of our national courier portfolio across Australia. You will drive service excellence, profitability and customer satisfaction, reporting to the Head of Operations Services (Courier) and guiding state teams and strategic accounts.

You will oversee scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, KPI delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing a high-performing team of Supervisors
