Dominos Innisfail is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team in Innisfail, QLD. As a leading pizza chain in Australia, Dominos is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delicious food to our customers.

The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role and will possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of retail staff, ensuring that they are motivated and performing at their best
n
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling
n
Ensure that all customer orders are prepared and delivered in a timely and accurate manner
n
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
n
Train and develop new team members, providing ongoing support and guidance
n
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner
n
Monitor sales and performance targets,



implementing strategies to increase store profitability

Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives
n
Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
n
Maintain a positive and productive work culture, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic among the team

Requirements

Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
n
Excellent leadership and communication skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures
n
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
n
A passion for the food industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
