What You'll Be Doing
n
Lead the analysis of current business processes to identify operational inefficiencies, optimisation opportunities, and strategic digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
n
Develop and define future-state business operating models, capabilities, and organisational structures that align with enterprise strategy and long-term business objectives.
n
Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions to elicit, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
n
Assess the organisational, operational, and people impacts of proposed business changes, ensuring successful adoption through effective change planning and capability development.
n
Facilitate strategic workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements to build consensus, align priorities, and shape the future business vision and transformation roadmap.
n
Provide leadership,
coaching, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering best practices in business architecture, strategic analysis, and solution design while contributing to the continuous evolution of architectural methodologies.
n
What we're looking for
n
Min. 2-5 years previous experience.
n
Demonstrated experience leading the design and delivery of business transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations, with a proven ability to drive strategic change and business outcomes.
n
Strong expertise in business process analysis, capability modelling, organisational design, and the development of target operating models that support enterprise transformation.
n
Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, effectively translating complex business and technical concepts into explicit, actionable recommendations.
n
Experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs), including defining business capabilities, accountabilities, governance structures, operating processes, and performance measures.
n
Highly skilled in facilitating business design workshops, using structured methodologies and collaborative techniques such as current-state and future-state mapping, strawman models, visioning exercises, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
n
Ideally,
experience in one or more of the following domains: customer correspondence and statement design, Product Disclosure Statements (PDS), product rules, investment products, or financial operations, with an understanding of associated governance, approval, and regulatory processes.
n
Experience partnering with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver financial services products that meet customer, regulatory, and commercial objectives.
n
Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of balancing competing business priorities, aligning multiple stakeholders, and delivering shared strategic outcomes across complex organisational environments.
n
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and develop pragmatic, value-driven solutions.
