Our client who is a leading Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation in the South West are seeking an Occupational Therapist for their practice based in Bunbury. Make a real difference to the community in caring for all ages through the support of Occupational Therapy.

Duties and Tasks
n
n
Working with the team of health professionals in assisting patients with rehabilitation and treatment plans assigned
n
Providing all reports to key stakeholders with progress updates on patients
n
Liaising with service providers and community agencies ensuring ultimate care for both patients and clients alike
n
Effective communication of treatment plans with patients to be able to provide patients confidence in abilities.
n
n
Requirements
n
For this role you must have;
n
n
Occupational Therapy degree and ideally with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
n
3 - 5 years Occupational Therapy experience in a relevant industry
n
Strong communication skills both verbally and written
n
Able to work both autonomously and within a team dynamic
n
Police Clearance within 12 months - Essential
n
Working with Children Check - Essential
n
Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
n
n
