DP World is seeking an IT end-user support specialist based at the Port Botany Terminal. You will be the go-to person for configuring laptops, troubleshooting software hiccups, and keeping hardware humming while collaborating with the wider IT team.

You will work within ITIL-aligned processes, manage incidents and changes, participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, and help ensure services meet regional SLAs across the terminal workplace.
