Our client is a leading national civil contractor and is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee major defence, infrastructure, and road projects across Adelaide. Key Responsibilities

Oversee major civil projects from commencement through to completion
n
Lead site crews, subcontractors, and multiple work fronts
n
Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes
n
Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
n
Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role
n




Strong background delivering major civil infrastructure projects
n
Experience across defence, roads, infrastructure, or similar civil works
n
Extensive knowledge of civil construction and site operations
n
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple work fronts simultaneously
n
