Job Description
UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Senior Workforce Case Advisor to deliver high‐quality, strategic advice on complex employee relations matters. You will manage cases, lead investigations and advise leaders on ER issues across the organisation.

You will interpret contemporary awards, enterprise agreements and contracts, coach leaders, and engage with stakeholders including unions to support service delivery improvements within Workforce Strategy.
