Role Overview:
n
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating and training the food and beverage staff to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are served in a professional and timely manner, while also taking care of their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
n
Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff to maintain high levels of customer service
n
Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards
n
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies
n
Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks to ensure quality and consistency
n




Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
n
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant setting, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
n
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
n
Create and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events
n
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
n
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
n
Assist with administrative tasks, such as payroll, inventory management, and budgeting
n

Requirements:
n
n
At least 12 months of prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service
n
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene standards
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
n
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
n
Proven ability to train and develop staff members
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
