The HR Operations lead is essentially responsible for the fine tuning of the Human Resources support that are essential to meet business strategy.

Reporting to the head of People and Change you will manage the team that looks after the payroll and HR Operations. You will partner with the people and change teams to benchmark remuneration, oversee payroll and ensure that all HR Operations are running smoothly. You will get the chance to enhance systems and process and you will work with the talent lead and executive leadership team to help plan workforce requirements.
