The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive medical care to residents, working collaboratively with nursing staff, allied health professionals, residents, and families to ensure the highest standard of care.
n
This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and contribute significantly to their health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Current registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner.
n
Fellowship of RACGP or ACRRM (or equivalent qualifications).
n
Current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
n
Strong clinical knowledge and experience in general practice.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Commitment to person-centred, compassionate aged care.
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
n
n
n
Previous experience working in Residential Aged Care.
n
Understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and quality requirements.




n
Experience in managing complex geriatric conditions, dementia care, and palliative care.
n
Interest in improving health outcomes for older Australians.
