Job Description
Sterning Group Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a motivated Learning & Development Manager on a temporary contract. You will lead the People, Learning & Culture team, shaping L&D; strategy, promoting employee engagement and an EVP-aligned learning culture.

Reporting to the GM of People and Culture, you'll design and implement L&D; solutions, analyse skill gaps, and develop policies with a hands-on and strategic mindset. Hybrid work is available.
