We are looking for a client focused Property Manager to join our team on a part time basis.

We require 30 hours per week across either 4 days or 5 days.
n
We have designed our property management department to ensure work life balance.
n
This is not a typical end to end portfolio position, we want to hear from you about your 'ideal working situation'.

The role has a reduced portfolio size leaving you time to do your job extremely well – minus the stress!

The support structure for this position includes:

Leasing support

Field Officer for most inspections and all condition reports.

Assistant PM and Compliance Support

Full trust account support

The candidate:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager who can bring their expertise to the team and to our clients.
n
You will be able to work autonomously whilst clearly communicating with your support team about client expectations and deadlines.
n
Must haves:
n
n
Current Agents Representatives Certificate
n
Experience in managing a residential portfolio.
n
Solid legislation knowledge
n
Impeccable presentation
n
n
