Business Development Manager - Microgrid & Off-Grid

Location: Australia (Open to all states)

Our client is a global battery storage technology leader, already operating in more than 35 countries and growing fast. Now they need someone to open doors across Australia's microgrid and off-grid sector!

This isn't about chasing tenders. It's about getting in early, shaping the solution, and being the person the customer trusts before the paperwork even starts.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Developing new opportunities across microgrids, off-grid sites, remote infrastructure, critical power and mining
n
Building real relationships with IPP's , EPCs, consultants, utilities and site operators
n
Getting under the hood of customer problems, load, reliability, fuel costs, and turning that into a compelling case for change
n
Partnering with engineers to design BESS and hybrid power solutions that actually stack up
n
Running the commercial side, from proposals through to negotiation and close
n
Hitting your targets, your way,



with the backing of an experienced global team
n
Being visible in the market, at events, in meetings, and in the conversations that matter
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
A track record winning business in microgrids, off-grid, hybrid generation or remote power
n
Genuine technical fluency in BESS, power systems, solar and generator integration
n
The patience and skill to run long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and win them
n
An existing network across IPPs, EPCs, consultants or remote utilities
n
Full Australian working rights and a driver's licence
n
