About the Role
n
n
Flexible employment: Full-time and part-time positions available
n
Caseload: Maximum of 24 clients/week (experience and workday dependent)
n
Work week: 4.5 days (4 days client-facing + 0.5 day paid admin)
n
Holidays: 5 weeks of paid annual leave with options to accrue more time off!
n
Service delivery: In-clinic, outreach, and telehealth
n
Opportunities to engage with community programs and outreach projects
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology assessment and intervention
n
Set meaningful, functional goals in collaboration with clients and families
n
Empower caregivers and educators through capacity building
n
Work collaboratively with educators, support workers, and other community stakeholders
n
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and client records
n
Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented team culture
n
Potential to providing supervision to allied health assistants and speech pathology students
n
n
About You
n
n
Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
n
SPA membership or eligibility
n
Current (or willingness to obtain): WWCC, Police Check, First Aid
n
Passion for working with children and families in a neuro affirming, strengths-based way
n
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, cooperative team
n
