Are you an experienced Sales Associate looking to take the next step in your real estate career?

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly successful agency in the Southern Highlands, supporting a well-established and high-performing Director.
n
Working alongside a respected industry professional, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the sales business, gaining exposure to some of the Southern Highlands' most prestigious properties and clients.
n
The Role
n
n
Provide high-level sales support to the Director
n
Assist with listings from start to finish, including preparing marketing and coordinating campaigns
n
Manage buyer enquiries, inspections and open homes
n
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
n
Coordinate appointments, contracts and sales administration
n
Prepare reports, presentations and sales documentation
n
Assist with database management and follow-up
n
Prospecting & generating leads
n
Opportunity to be heavily involved in negotiations and the full sales process
n
n
We are looking for someone who is professional, polished and highly organised, with a genuine passion for real estate and a desire to build a long-term career in Sales.
n
Ideally,



you will have:
n
n
Previous experience in real estate, preferably in Residential Sales
n
Experience as a Sales Associate, Sales PA, Agent's Assistant or similar
n
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
A strong work ethic and proactive attitude
n
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment
n
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
n
