About The Role
We are seeking an engaging and experienced Trainer to join our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD;) team at Catholic Early EdCare. This newly created role is focused on delivering high-quality training programs designed by our L&D; and OD specialists, supporting capability, compliance, and consistency across the organisation. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys facilitation, working directly with teams, and bringing learning to life.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver induction, compliance, leadership, safeguarding, and operational training across CEEC services and support office
Facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions
Work closely with the L&D; and OD Specialists to ensure training is delivered as intended
Provide feedback to support continuous improvement of learning programs
Support onboarding and induction activities
Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback
Build strong relationships with Service Leaders and teams
Travel across the region as required
About You
You Are a Confident And Adaptable Facilitator Who Brings
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent)
Experience delivering adult learning programs (education, early childhood, or human services desirable)
Strong facilitation and communication skills




A collaborative, people-focused approach
Confidence using digital tools and Learning Management Systems
A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel

Training is delivered consistently and to a high standard
Participants are engaged, confident, and well-supported
Learning programs are embedded effectively across CEEC
