About the Role

We're seeking a Clinical Team Leader to oversee daily clinical operations and support our clinicians and dental assistants across the practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced clinical setting, enjoys mentoring others, and brings strong organisational and communication skills.
n
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical flow, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a warm, inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
n
Oversee daily clinical workflow and chairside support
n
Coordinate clinicians, assistants, room turnover and patient flow
n
Maintain clinical standards, infection control and compliance
n




Support onboarding, training and development of clinical staff
n
Assist with rostering, stock management and workflow optimisation
n
Champion a positive, kind and collaborative team culture
n
About You
n
Experience in dental or healthcare clinical settings (Dental Assistants - is this your next step?)

Strong communication and leadership skills
n
Calm, organised and solutions‐focused
n
Passionate about supporting children and families
