Keep People Supported, Keep Services Moving — Administrative Support Officer, DASSA
n
Part-time Administrative Support Officer role with DASSA, Southern Adelaide Local Health Network, relieving across four metropolitan sites until July ****.
n
About the role:
n
Contribute to the provision of administrative support covering for annual leave, sick leave etc to DASSA sites including Northern Services, Southern Services, Central Services and Withdrawal Services.
n
Duties for the role will include:
n
n
Maintain DASSA's Electronic Document Records Management System, Objective including file Location audits and investigations.
n
Operate a Q-master telephone call system, respond to incoming inquiries, relay accurate messages and refer to the most appropriate staff/location in a professional manner.
n
Maintain stocks of office supplies and consumables, process requisitions in the Oracle procurement system, deliver and re-stock storeroom, utility areas and kitchens,
reconcile invoices and delivery dockets.
n
Ensure the DASSA Corporate Records Management Mailbox is maintained, checking and referring inquiries appropriately.
n
Contribute to staff meetings by reporting on position activities and identifying areas where potential development opportunities may exist to facilitate continuous improvement.
n
Process DASSA's banking by accurately recording and processing banking, monies and cheques received, in accordance with DASSA and audit requirements.
n

About you:
n
n
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, use tact and initiative and maintain confidentiality when dealing with staff and clients, internal and external stakeholders.
n
Interpersonal skills to engender trust and confidence to effectively communicate with people from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds both internally and externally to the organisation.
n
Experience working with limited supervision, maintaining workflow and activities within an administrative office environment and Liaising with staff of a multi-disciplinary work environment.
n
Flexibility with work priorities to ensure priorities within the Administrative Services team are managed during times of staff absence and at short notice.
n
Ability to contribute to effective teamwork through open, timely and accurate communication and information sharing in a changing work workplace.
n
