About You

We're looking for someone with;

Proven experience leading Agile delivery with complex technology and digital transformation environments.
n
High level proficiency of Agile frameworks, delivery governance, backlog management and delivery practices.
n
Experience leading and coordinating technical teams

Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities
n

Key Responsibilities
n

End-to-End Delivery: Lead and facilitate Agile delivery practices to maintain momentum and focus on business outcomes.
n
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure priorities and risks are actively managed
n
Governance & Reporting: Drive transparency through effective planning and delivery governance
n
Quality & Readiness: Ensure work is delivered to a high standard, balancing speed, quality and operational readiness
