With a growing pipeline of projects concentrated in NSW's booming growth corridors, they partner with large builders and developers to deliver works valued between $200k-$5m.

These projects include landscape packages for new estates, schools, child cares, retirement villages, colleges etc.

The Opportunity
n
This is an excellent chance to join the delivery team in a Project Manager pathway role. You will gain hands-on experience across a range of large-scale projects, working closely with an established Project Manager and Managing Director who will provide structured mentoring and support.
n
You will take ownership of delivering high-quality landscaping projects,



liaising with clients and stakeholders while leading crews on site to ensure successful outcomes.
n
If you're currently working as a Foreperson or a Project Manager for a smaller landscaping company, and feel your progression opportunities are limited, this role offers the ideal step up.

The Role

Assist with program and schedule works
n
Ordering materials and organising deliveries
n
Resource management
n
Delegate to Leading Hands / Site Managers
n
Subcontractor egagement
n
Cost tracking and forecasting
n
Safety and compliance
n
Quality assurance
n
Liaise with clients and suppliers
n
Report into Project Managers
n
n
The Requirements
n
n
Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (required)
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in construction (bonus)
n
Must have landscape construction site experience in Australia
n
Strong computer skills
n
Drivers license and willingness to travel
n
n
