Their brand isrecognisedacross the country because they often save the day with a smile on their dial!They have a brand recent HR team and they are working together to create great experiences for their employees. As such they are looking for a fresh set of eyes to come in and look after their internal recruitment. Even though this is an initial 6 monthcontract, theorganisationbelieves in promotion from within so you never know where it could go.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will be:
n

Supporting the business to identify recruitment needs
n
Being the first point of contact for all recruitment queries
n




Create strong talent pipelines and communicate with existing talent pools
n
Recruitment administration including generating employee contracts, employment packs and co-facilitating on-boarding with Managers
n
Co-facilitating assessmentcentres
n
n
You will:
n
n
Preferably, you have a background in retail/high volume recruitment - agency is totally cool
n
Proven end to end recruitment experienceExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build solid relationships
n
Strong attention to detail
n
A proactive approach taking initiative and problem solving
n
n
