Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
n
Design and optimise PostgreSQL/SQL Server databases.
n
Build event-driven applications using Kafka and/or IBM MQ.
n
Develop unit, integration and contract tests.
n
Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
n
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable backend solutions.
n

Must-Have Skills
n
n
Microservices – 2+ years
n
REST API Development
n
Kafka and/or IBM MQ
n
JUnit 5, Mockito
n
CI/CD
n
Git, Bitbucket & Artifactory
n
n
Desirable: Python, AWS/Azure, SWIFT Messaging, Trade Finance/Banking, Temporal/Camunda, Drools, Testcontainers and Pact/Spring Cloud Contract.
