Mercor is partnering with a major technology company to run a paid research study with senior designers. You will help capture how expert designers think, including problem framing, craft quality, and readiness to ship.

Sessions are conducted remotely, lasting roughly 4–5 hours per task, with an hourly rate of $250. Roles include either being interviewed or running the interview, depending on fit, with scope potentially evolving as the client finalizes requirements.
