Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Electrical Project Manager with experience delivering rapid track projects and maintenance contracts to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for a range of new build, refurbishment, fit out and maintenance contracts.

As the Project Manager within our Commercial sector, your role will entail:

n
Managing day-to-day operational aspects delivering projects and maintenance contracts
n
Preparation of scope of works, including budgets and cost plans
n
Monitoring construction programmes for your projects
n
Producing OH&S; plans and contract risk assessment plans
n
Direct control in reporting, monitoring labour, materials, plant & equipment and direction of electrical supervisors
n
Monitor and control of apprentices
n
Direct sub-contractors and oversee contractual compliance
n
Arranging production control reports and monitoring
n




Monitor and control all budgeted project expenditures ensuring financial records for the project are maintained
n
Dealing directly with client representatives – on site maintaining 'good relations'
n
Attending site meetings as required.

You will be involved in all aspects of the projects and your technical background will be looked at strongly as well as your maintenance knowledge.
n
The successful candidate will have prior experience in similar role and be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
n
Salary is negotiable and dependent on level of skill and experience.
n
Candidates must also have a current Electrical 'A' Grade Licence.
n
