Lucas Collective is expanding its wine team at Grill Americano Sydney. We seek an enthusiastic and experienced section waiter/waitress with a passion for wine to join our lively FOH crew, primarily in a section role while supporting the sommelier team with wine recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a premium restaurant, excellent guest service, and a NSW RSA certificate. Opportunities for progression to a permanent sommelier position are available.
