Due to continued business growth, we are seeking two experienced and motivated Restaurant Managers to join our team in Brazilian Steakhouse, Fremantle and Brazilian Charcoal BBQ, Malaga.
n
These are full-time, permanent positions.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
n
Supervising, training, and motivating front-of-house staff.
n
Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
n
Planning and coordinating staff rosters.
n
Managing stock control, ordering, and inventory levels.
n
Monitoring food quality and service standards in conjunction with the kitchen team.
n
Maintaining compliance with food safety, liquor licensing,
and workplace health and safety requirements.
n
Managing budgets, operating costs, and achieving financial performance targets.
n
Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
n
Assisting with marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase business performance.
n
Ensuring the restaurant is presented to the highest operational and cleanliness standards.

Essential Requirements
n
n
At least 1 year of full-time relevant management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment; or
n
A relevant qualification in hospitality management together with appropriate industry experience.
n
Strong leadership and people management skills.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Sound organisational and problem-solving abilities.
n
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
n
A strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and hospitality compliance.
