Lead / Associate Director Civil Engineer | Gladstone

Based in Gladstone, you'll play a key leadership role in growing our civil engineering capability across Central Queensland while delivering projects that shape industries, communities and regions.

What you'll do
n
As a Lead / Associate Director Civil Engineer in our Transport Civil Infrastructure team based in Gladstone , you'll provide technical leadership, develop client relationships and drive the successful delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects across transport and community infrastructure sectors.
n

Lead the planning, design and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects from concept through to construction
n
Build and maintain robust client relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to business growth
n
Provide technical leadership and governance across multidisciplinary project teams
n
Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration and innovation
n
Drive quality project outcomes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and engineering best practice
n
Support strategic growth initiatives and help strengthen Aurecon's presence across Central Queensland
n

What you'll bring
n
n
A degree qualification in Civil Engineering
n
Extensive experience delivering civil infrastructure projects within consulting, engineering or infrastructure environments and proven experience delivering TMR projects
n
Strong client relationship management and business development capability
n
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and mentoring engineers
n
Proven ability to manage project delivery, commercial outcomes and stakeholder engagement
n
Strong knowledge of relevant Australian standards, design processes and infrastructure delivery frameworks
n
RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland) is essential
n
Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills
n
