Join The Star Gold Coast as the Resort Pools Manager, where you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of The Star Gold Coast's pool precincts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safe and efficient operations, and premium service standards. Oversee pool, lifeguard, and food & beverage teams, while managing compliance, financial performance, and stakeholder relationships to deliver a safe, high-quality, and commercially successful resort environment.

What we are looking for
n
n




Minimum 3 years' experience in an operational leadership role
n
Proven experience in team leadership, workforce planning, performance management and cost control
n
Solid ability to build stakeholder relationships and lead change effectively
n
Exceptional customer service focus, with experience overseeing multiple venues or operational areas while delivering high service standards and memorable guest experiences
n
Knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and cocktail menu development
n
Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol
n
First Aid and CPR qualifications (desirable)
n
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 operational environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
n
