Ultra Tune Bibra Lake is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager / Workshop Foreman to take the lead at our established Bibra Lake service centre.
n
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a busy automotive workshop. You'll take ownership of the day‐to‐day operation, leading the team, managing workflow, supporting customers and ensuring jobs move through the workshop efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Key responsibilities

Leading with autonomy and trust

Providing quality customer service and account management
n
Taking ownership of the day‐to‐day operation of the workshop
n
Managing workflow, job allocation and workshop scheduling
n
Diagnosing, servicing and repairing a wide range of light vehicles
n
Leading, supporting and coordinating a small team of technicians and apprentices
n
Setting expectations and maintaining high standards across the team
n
Monitoring productivity, efficiency and job turnaround
n
Providing technical guidance and assisting with complex diagnostics when required
n
Ensuring servicing and repairs are completed correctly and efficiently
n
About you
n




Previous workshop management, foreman, controller or supervisory experience
n
A demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate an automotive workshop team
n
Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic / Technician
n
Excellent diagnostic and fault‐finding knowledge
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
n
Confidence dealing with customers, technicians, apprentices and suppliers
n
Commercial awareness and an understanding of workshop productivity
n
A practical, solutions‐focused approach to problems
n
Current manual driver's licence
n
