Essential

Meets or is working towards FASEA education requirements or holds a valid exemption.
n
Experience in financial advice support, client service, or paraplanning.
n
Proficient with financial advice technology.
n
Skilled in supporting advisers in delivering financial advice.
n
Strong client management and communication abilities.
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Approved Bachelor's degree or higher such as a Bachelor degree majoring in financial planning, or Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
n
Relevant specialist accreditations.
n

Job Purpose
n
Assist financial advisers in delivering high-quality advice to clients.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Collaborate with Advisers, Senior Advisers, and Partners to coordinate the development and implementation of advice.
n
Prepare high-quality, tailored Statements and Records of Advice with support from the Client Experience Team.
n
Manage client communications in partnership with advisers.
n




Ensure advice is well-researched, summarised, and ready for approval.
n
Assist in developing complex strategies for recent and existing clients.
n
Review client documents for compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
n
Attend client meetings for context and career development.
n
Conduct baseline and scenario modelling to support client strategies.
n
Oversee internal advice processes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
n
Support the new and existing client review process, including preparation of meeting materials.
n
Maintain active communication with advisers on advice progress.
n
Mentor and guide the Client Experience Team.
n
Monitor client appointments.
n
Assist with onboarding current clients.
n
Maintain accurate records in business systems.
n
Complete professional development requirements.
n
Perform other duties as required by the business.
