We are seeking a talented and qualified Chef to join our passionate team. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals committed to creating exceptional dishes and leading a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications & experience
n
n
At least Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery / Kitchen Management; and Diploma in Hospitality Management
n
Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment for at least 2-3 years.
n
Exceptional attention to detail and a deep passion for the culinary arts.
n
Ability to thrive under pressure while efficiently managing multiple tasks.
n

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead kitchen operations and manage the preparation of exceptional dishes.
n




Menu planning
n
Supervise kitchen staff to ensure the efficient execution of daily kitchen operations.
n
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained.
n
Work with fresh ingredients to create delicious, innovative meals.
n
Handle kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
n
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
n
Oversee food safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations.
n
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
n
Implement and maintain kitchen cleaning schedules to meet hygiene standards.
