Customer service and retail sales experience

Inventory processes and high-volume turnover of stock

A passion for second-hand clothing and fashion

Sound knowledge of inventory and stock management

The ability to form relationships and foster customer engagement

Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment

Solid communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English)
