Mars Healthcare is currently representing a highly respected not-for-profit allied health and disability services organisation supporting Western Australians living with neurological conditions and complex health needs.
n We are currently seeking an experienced Dietitian / Senior Dietitian to join their growing Allied Health team across multiple Perth Metro locations
n
This is an opportunity to work in a person-centred, multidisciplinary environment, providing evidence-based nutrition support to adults and helping clients achieve meaningful health, nutrition and wellbeing outcomes.

This is more than a traditional clinical Dietitian position. You'll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with clients, work alongside experienced Allied Health professionals, and deliver individualised nutrition interventions within an NDIS framework.
n
You'll support clients with a range of complex nutritional needs, including enteral nutrition, hydration management and disability-related nutrition requirements, while working collaboratively with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role
n
As a Dietitian / Senior Dietitian, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based dietetic services to adults living with neurological conditions and complex support needs.
n Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Conducting comprehensive dietetic assessments, interventions and ongoing clinical management
n
Developing and implementing personalised nutrition care plans
n
Managing enteral nutrition regimes and hydration plans
n
Providing evidence-based nutrition advice, education and support to clients, families and carers
n
Delivering both individual and group-based nutrition education
n
Managing a diverse clinical caseload while maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and reporting
n
Working within NDIS requirements, standards and funding frameworks
n
Collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and other Allied Health professionals
n
Contributing to quality improvement, clinical development and service improvement initiatives
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're interested in hearing from both experienced Dietitians and Senior Dietitians who are passionate about disability, neurological conditions and person-centred care.
n You'll ideally bring:
n
n
A tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics
n
Eligibility for Dietitians Australia membership and Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status
n
Experience working with NDIS participants, disability,
neurological conditions or complex clinical presentations is highly desirable
n
Strong clinical assessment and nutrition intervention skills
n
Experience with enteral nutrition and hydration management is highly regarded
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
The ability to independently manage a clinical caseload
n
Robust clinical documentation and report-writing skills
n
Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
n
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate, or willingness to obtain
n
