Axiom College is looking for a motivated Individual Support / Health Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team in Rockhampton.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver engaging and practical training to students
n
Conduct workplace and classroom-based assessments
n
Support students to achieve real employment outcomes
n
Build strong relationships with local employers and industry partners
n
Help maintain high quality training and compliance standards
n

What We're Looking For
n
n




Industry experience in aged care, disability support, community services or health
n
Current Trainer & Assessor qualifications (or willingness to obtain/update)
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Passion for mentoring and developing others
n
Ability to deliver engaging, industry-relevant training
n
