Job Description

BrakeForce Plus is an auto-parts and repair specialist based in Townsville, Queensland, with over 10 years of industry experience. They cater to both trade and retail customers, offering a massive inventory of over 10,000 braking, suspension, and clutch products.
n
Join Townsville Brakeforce Plus as our next Parts Interpreter and become part of a team that values expertise, customer service, and teamwork. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you'll assist customers with their parts needs, build strong relationships, and contribute to the success of a well-established business. Automotive parts experience is highly regarded,



but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as significant.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound phone & online sales processing
n
In-store customer service
n
Order & receipt incoming stock
n
Process & pick purchase orders
n
Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Exceptional communication skills
n
Experience or a passion for auto parts
n
Well presented
n
Great phone manner
n
Ability to influence & negotiate
n
Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
n
Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
n
