Your Role
n
As a Support Worker, you'll provide personalised care and support to older individuals, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and connected to their community. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing essential services such as personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and medication support.
n
Helping clients stay active and engaged through social support and transport services.
n
Observing and reporting any changes in health or well-being to the coordinator.
n
Promoting independence and choice while ensuring a high standard of care.
n
Creating meaningful connections with clients and their families.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're seeking kind-hearted, proactive individuals who are passionate about aged care and community services.



To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Certificate III in Individual Support or Community Services (essential)
n
A current First Aid Certificate & SA Driver's Licence (essential)
n
A reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance (essential)
n
Experience working with older people in a home care setting
n
Excellent communication skills and a robust focus on dignity and choice
n
The ability to work independently and within a team
n
n
