Still & Social is preparing for its next chapter: a premium wellness sanctuary designed around exceptional treatments, thoughtful rituals and genuine hospitality.

We are looking for an experienced Wellness Manager / Lead Therapist to join us during the pre-opening stage and help shape the sanctuary from the ground up.
n
This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong spa or wellness experience who wants to be involved in creating something new, rather than simply stepping into an established operation.

About the Role
n
Working closely with the founder, you will help develop and lead:
n
n
Treatment menu and signature rituals
n
Treatment protocols and service standards
n
Treatment room and equipment requirements
n
Product and skincare selection
n
Therapist recruitment and training
n
Guest consultation standards
n
Rostering and daily operations
n
Hygiene and treatment standards
n
Retail and treatment recommendations
n
Pre-opening preparation
n
Ongoing team leadership and development
n
Treatment room utilisation and performance
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Has significant experience in premium spa, beauty or wellness
n
Has previous leadership, supervisory or management experience
n
Has strong knowledge of professional treatments and spa operations
n




Is confident training and developing therapists
n
Has exceptional attention to detail
n
Understands premium guest service and hospitality
n
Is warm, calm, professional and highly organised
n
Is excited by the opportunity to help build a new wellness concept
n
n
Experience within a luxury hotel spa or premium wellness environment would be highly regarded.
n
Relevant beauty, massage or wellness qualifications are highly desirable.
