What you'll be doing
n
n
Lead change management across strategic transformation initiatives and portfolios.
n
Develop compelling change stories that connect business outcomes with employee and stakeholder impact.
n
Partner closely with executives, delivery teams, and business leaders to build engagement, understanding, and commitment.
n
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, impact assessments, readiness activities, communications, and training initiatives.
n
Embed within Agile delivery teams, working alongside Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery squads to ensure people impacts are identified and addressed at the pace of delivery.
n
Help strengthen and mature Rest's Organisational Change Management capability and practice.

What we're looking for
n
You'll be a seasoned change professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys influencing outcomes through collaboration.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change across both Waterfall and Agile environments, including Scrum.
n
The ability to adapt traditional change approaches, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and readiness activities, to fast-moving, iterative delivery environments.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and executives.
n
Experience applying recognised change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR®, Lean Change, or similar frameworks.
n
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complexity into simple, meaningful messages.
n
A human-centred approach to change and a passion for helping people navigate transformation successfully.
n

Qualifications
n
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model, Lean Change, or alternative change model.
n
Relevant tertiary or technical qualifications experience in a similar Change role.
n
Required experience, understanding or credentials including:
n
n
Demonstrated understanding of human-centred change management principles, methodologies, and tools and how to use them in a changing environment.
n
Strong business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges, resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
n
Experience delivering change with senior stakeholders and able to work effectively with all levels in an organisation.
n
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with, and through, others and be able to establish and maintain strong relationships.
n
