This role will partner alongside the Australian MD as the team continues to grow. From Construction and Architecture, to Mining and Life Sciences - this team work a variety of markets and are open to market experience.

This role will be based in the heart of Melbourne. The team are ramping up and they are looking for ambitious and fun individuals to join them.

Role Description
n
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for the full 360 cycle, from BD to delivery whilst also managing and growing your own team.
n
You will be working alongside a fun, ambitious team who are as close outside of work as they are in the office!
n
You will have:
n
n
A strong background in Executive-level recruitment in a STEM market
n
Will have a proven track record of billings
n
Will have a proven track record of management and/or mentorship
n
Will be a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
n
Have a passion for meeting and exceeding targets and maximising every sales opportunity.
n
An ambitious professional who has an eye for detail.
