About The Role
n
The Senior Marketing Specialist - HomeMade plays a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering marketing initiatives that support brand growth, customer acquisition and retention.
n
Working within the Growth Team and dedicated to HomeMade, the role partners closely with the Senior Marketing Manager - HomeMade to keep priorities aligned, projects moving and campaigns delivered to a high standard. This is a hands‐on, cross‐functional role that brings integrated marketing initiatives to life across Brand, Acquisition, Engagement & Retention, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales and Digital Experience.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Independently manage projects from briefing through to delivery, measurement and review.
n
Develop clear briefs, timelines, success measures and stakeholder plans.
n
Coordinate deliverables, approvals and dependencies across internal teams and external partners.
n
Identify risks, remove roadblocks and maintain momentum.
n
Write and edit copy for websites, emails, campaigns, social content,
customer communications and sales collateral.
n
Translate complex service, funding, pricing and regulatory information into clear, accessible messaging.
n
Maintain HomeMade's approved messaging, proof points, claims and terminology.
n
Identify opportunities to improve communication across the customer journey.
n
Support the development of customer propositions, offers and go‐to‐market plans.
n
Apply customer, competitor and market insights to campaign and proposition development.
n
Help deliver a explicit and consistent HomeMade experience across key customer touchpoints.
n
Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback, competitor activity and market trends.
n
Support customer research and competitor analysis.
n
Conduct post-campaign reviews and recommend practical improvements.
n
Use insights to strengthen messaging, creative, propositions and customer journeys.
n
Act as a key connection point between HomeMade and specialist Growth teams.
n
Lead project meetings and clearly communicate priorities, progress, timelines and risks.
n
Navigate different perspectives and build alignment across stakeholders.
n
Provide explicit, constructive feedback to internal teams, agencies and suppliers.
n
Improve ways of working across planning, briefing, delivery and approvals.
n
2–4 years' experience in a marketing, marketing coordination or campaign support role.
n
Strong organisational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
n
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work to deadlines.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Comfortable working across a broad range of marketing disciplines
n
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to coordinate across multiple teams.
n
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
n
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and no two weeks look the same.
n
Experience in aged care, healthcare, financial services or another regulated industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
