Our client is seeking an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to lead and grow their multi-faceted business. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business development, and managing a diverse team. You'll play a key role in shaping strategy, improving processes, and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management
n

Lead and optimise operations across manufacturing, retail, and catering divisions
n
Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain functions
n
Drive team performance, labour cost control, and a positive workplace culture
n
Ensure compliance with HACCP and quality control standards
n
Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
n
n
Sales & Business Development
n
n
Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and market share
n
Build strong customer relationships and represent the brand
n
Conduct feasibility studies for new products and market opportunities
n
Oversee administration, debtor/creditor management, and sales optimisation
n




Analyse performance data and propose strategic initiatives to the General Manager
n
Lead capital investment projects from proposal to implementation
n

Workplace Safety & Compliance
n

Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
n
Ensure timely repairs and hazard management
n
Enforce company policies and procedures across all teams
n
Promote a culture of safety, hygiene, and accountability
