Due to growth within the company, we are looking for a motivated Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant to join our Townsville Branch. You'll be the friendly face at the trade counter while also supporting smooth and productive warehouse operations.
n
Duties Include:
n
n
Monday to Friday Shift Work Only I 7:30am - 4:00pm | Permanent Full Time
n
Providing counter and phone service to trade customers
n
Process customers' orders and preparing quotes
n
Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
n
Unloading & Loading Trucks
n
Organising and maintaining stock
n
Supporting general sales activities
n
n

About the Candidate
n
To be successful, you will need:
n
n
Previous customer service experience
n
Minimum 1 year's warehouse experience - picking packing and dispatching
n
Reliable and strong work ethic and attention to detaili>
n
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
n
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
n
Current Driver Licence and Forklift Licence (essential)
n
