Specsavers is hiring a customer service role in the optical retail space. You will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting optometrists with pre-testing, helping with frame styling, and dispensing glasses with various lens options.
You will build solid rapport with customers and contribute to a memorable journey. Previous retail experience is required; optical experience is desirable and full optics training will be provided.
