This is a new opportunity for a DesignDirector to join a leading high end healthcare design and construction group,based in Sydney West, with offices nationally.
n
Theposition reports to the Managing Director and requires a talented, confidentand enthusiastic design qualified to join the corporate team and lead thedesign and drafting teams, working in a client facing role with allstakeholders from start to finish.

To besuccessful your expertise will include;

A high level of confidence andability in obtaining and meeting client briefs with creative solutions andexcellent client centric service levels.
n




A proven history of supporting ahighly driven team in delivering exceptional design presentations toprospective clients and maintaining very high standards.
n
Ability to manage the designprogram with external consultants and internal design team.
n
Excellent communication and timemanagement skills.
n
Strong leadership, coaching andmentoring skills.
n
n
The idealcandidate will have Architectural or interior design qualifications and ademonstrated relevant history, preferably in medical or top level office fitout design.
n
