The role involves working as a broker in an Aussie retail store to help customers find, buy and own property with confidence.
Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries and provide expert lending advice
Support customers through the entire loan journey, from application to settlement
Leverage Aussie property hub to connect customers with key products and services across the property purchasing journey including buyer's agents and conveyancing
Build relationships in the local community to create referral partnerships and grow your pipeline
Qualifications
A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it - we can help!)
A background in sales or customer service roles
Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your retail store
A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
