We invite an experienced Retail Talent Acquisition lead to oversee our Asia Pacific recruitment for all stores, field operations and support centres.

(Please note this is a full‐time office role in our Hawthorn Global HQ in Melbourne)

The Role
n
The Talent Acquisition leader owns the full recruitment lifecycle for Asia Pacific at a strategic and operational level — from workforce planning and talent forecasting through to sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding partnership — ensuring alignment with business priorities across multiple international markets.
